Sales Account Manager

- Cultivate current customer relationships, building a reputation as a trusted business partner.
- Take advantage of upselling and cross selling opportunities to expand account penetration.
- Develop sales proposals that address customer-specific needs and draw upon the firm’s full product and service mix.
- Diligently follow up on company-sponsored marketing initiatives and events.
- Responsibly maintain frontlog forecast and report on results.
- Achieve revenue and margin goals across assigned accounts.
- Previous software or similar B2B sales experience.
- Strong team-builder – able to get customers, suppliers and internal support groups on the same page.
- Judgment and maturity to uphold the firm’s reputation at industry events.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, including proposal-writing.
- Able to speak to BI and SaaS-related issues.
- Minimum of three years high tech sales experience.
- College degree much preferred
